By using kintavo.com you accept these terms. The Kintavo platform itself is governed by a separately executed subscription agreement; where the two conflict, the subscription agreement controls for platform use.
The site's content is provided for evaluating Kintavo's products and for general education on quality-management topics. You may not scrape the site at scale, misrepresent affiliation with Kintavo, or attempt to disrupt the service.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, data structures, or trade secrets of the Kintavo platform or any part of this site, except where that right cannot be waived under applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform or its documentation; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; use automated means to access, index, or harvest the site or its content beyond ordinary search-engine crawling; use the site or platform to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning model; probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without our written permission; or access the platform for the purpose of building or benchmarking a competing product.
Authorized security research is welcome under a written agreement — write to legal@kintavo.com first. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory law, including interoperability rights that cannot be contractually waived.
Kintavo's name, marks, and site content are Kintavo's property or used with permission. Customer names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance is not an endorsement beyond the quoted statements.
